Platform purpose

MSW is a community platform for musicians, ensembles, venues, services and the broader music industry to discover one another, publish opportunities, and exchange instruments and equipment.

User responsibilities

• Provide truthful, up-to-date information.
• Keep your account credentials secure.
• Respect other users and applicable law.
• Only publish content you have the right to publish.

Acceptable content

Profiles, listings, events and jobs must be relevant to the music industry and lawful in Lithuania and the EU.

Prohibited content

• Illegal goods or services.
• Hate speech, harassment, threats or discrimination.
• Impersonation of another person or organization.
• Spam, scams or deceptive listings.
• Sexually explicit content.
• Content infringing third-party rights.

Profile and listing moderation

Submitted content may be reviewed before becoming public. MSW administrators may approve, hide, edit or remove content that violates these Terms.

Marketplace disclaimer

MSW is not a party to any transaction between users. We do not verify the condition, ownership or legality of items listed. Buyers and sellers transact at their own risk.

Lost & stolen disclaimer

Lost and stolen reports are user-submitted and are not verified by MSW. Always contact the relevant authorities first.

No guarantee of transactions

MSW does not guarantee that any contact, listing, job or event will result in a successful transaction or engagement.

Administrator rights

MSW administrators may remove harmful, fraudulent or illegal content and suspend accounts that breach these Terms.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, MSW and its operator are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or from interactions between users.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform.
